“I love the challenge of figuring out how to help people get to the best health they can have,” he says. “Everything is important in our bodies.” Dr. Gamerman looks at the whole person. “I like to hear your story,” he says. “It matters to me how you walk, sit and sleep. It also matters what kind of stress you are under. I ask a lot of questions and I listen a lot. This helps me understand the story of your health.”
Dr. Gamerman is dedicated to helping patients get to the best possible flexibility and health — in the shortest time. “I don’t believe in making people come in for more treatments than absolutely necessary. If you have new issues in the future, our office is always here.”
Dr. Gamerman has been in practice for over 35 years. He is a 1980 graduate of Penn State University and a 1984 graduate of The National College of Chiropractic.
He has a positive outlook on life, partly because of the great number of patients he has been able to help. The other reason is because of his family: his wife Sarah, a nurse; their son Max, a student at Carnegie Mellon University; and two rescue dogs, Samson and Tucker.
He has a long history of volunteer work at the local, state, and national levels. “You gotta give back,” he says.
"I was guided to acupuncture after completing my yoga teacher training in 2012. I knew my purpose in life was to help others," she says. "Having experienced the profound benefits of acupuncture myself, my path became clear to me. I needed to become an acupuncturist!"
After a lot of hard work, Julie's dream has come true. She graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Masters degree in Acupuncture in 2017. In 2018, she expanded her practice to include Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture.

"I am looking forward to partnering with anyone who would like to choose acupuncture as a healing modality."
“My goal is to create a safe, healing environment, where my clients can be given a drug-free way to manage pain, stress and chronic tension.”
Susan is a 2002 graduate of Synergy Healing Arts Center and Massage School in Blue Ridge Summit, PA. She is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Susan is also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professional Association. She is experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Thai Table Massage.
Susan enjoys being able to personalize each massage based on each client’s individual needs. “Everyone has their own personal reasons for seeking massage therapy. It’s important that each person leaves feeling like they were heard, and their goals were achieved.”
Susan likes to incorporate aromatherapy into her treatment sessions. “It’s important that clients realize they have other options in lieu of drugs to reduce stress and decrease common aches and discomforts." She enjoys giving clients strategies to combat stress and pain after they leave. "In addition to stretching and exercise, aromatherapy is a great tool that clients can use on their own to help enhance their own well-being.”
Kathi began her career as a health care professional more than 30 years ago as a Registered Nurse. To further her career in healthcare she attended the Central Maryland School of Massage where she learned to manipulate soft tissue to help people attain, maintain and recover their optimal health and quality of life.
Showing her concern for her patients she said, “In recent years I have seen a severe increase in the amount of medications people are taking. So often medications can have negative effects and decrease a person’s quality of life. I believe that through massage therapy I can help relieve stress, improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, increase flexibility and range of motion, improve sleep and release endorphins which are the body’s natural pain killers. And all of this without medication.”
Her intentions are that through massage therapy she will be able to treat not only ailments of the physical body but also those of the emotional and spiritual body. She said, “If you have a disruption in one area of your body the effects cascade and if left untreated will affect your whole being.
Her philosophy is “Wellness means the state of good health. Wellness isn’t just the absence of illness but to be able to maximize well-being. Who doesn’t want to feel the best they can feel. Imagine your possibilities if you feel your best.”
“I fell into the medical world accidentally after working for a large corporation for over seven years,” she says. “Leaving that organization brought me into this healing environment, and I feel like this is where I was always meant to be.”

“The medical field was always something I wanted to be a part of, but I’ve also always been more of the back-end, office nerd. Being able to do what I love in a field that means so much is an honor.”
